About the Department

The Department of Tamil was introduced during the academic year 1998-99 offering B.A Functional Tamil course. Since the academic year 2015-16, the course B.A Tamil has been offered replacing B.A Functional Tamil. The Department possesses qualified faculty members who are also high profiled.
